Will the flats from the new construction project be sold to the public?

In the first phase, flats and houses from our new construction projects are sold exclusively to our newsletter subscribers. Following that, the remaining flats and houses will be made publicly available.

I am interested in a new-build flat from an ongoing project, how should I proceed?

We inform our newsletter subscribers exclusively before the public sales launch. Please subscribe to the corresponding newsletter. If sales have already started, you can request the releant documentation. The project webpage will inform you about the exact project status.

What costs are incurred when buying a property?

The acquisition costs (land register, government fees, notary) amount to approx. 2.7% of the purchase price and are borne by the buyer. For owner-occupied real estate, the transfer tax of 1.8% is waived up to a purchase price of CHF 800,000.00.
