The development is being built in the middle of the two neighbourhoods Dürrenast and Neufeld, which belong to Thun. The district offers an attractive residential location with family-like neighbourhood structures. Schools, shopping centres of all sectors, leisure and sports facilities, numerous commercial enterprises including hotels and restaurants and educational institutions are part of this area.
