In 2023, a planning selection process was conducted for three apartment buildings on the Chirschgarten site, featuring 3.5 to 5.5-room apartments and sprawling across a plot area exceeding 5,200m². Adjacent to the school building, a variety of terraced single-family homes will be constructed.
Our primary target audience for the terraced houses is families with children attending school. The condominiums are intended to provide a mix of different target groups.
In the initial stage, our apartments are available for sale and rent only to those subscribed to our newsletter.
The sales start is currently unknown.
