In 2023, a planning competition was held to design three apartment buildings with 3½- to 5½-room apartments on the Chirschgarten site, which covers an area of over 5,200 m². Various single-family townhouses will be built adjacent to the school grounds.
Our terraced houses are designed with families with school-age children in mind. For the condominiums, we strive to attract a diverse range of target groups.
The building permit application will be submitted in 2026.
