In 2023, a planning selection process was conducted for three apartment buildings on the Chirschgarten site, featuring 3½ to 5½-room apartments and sprawling across a plot area exceeding 5,200m². Adjacent to the school building, a variety of terraced single-family homes will be constructed.
Our target audience for the terraced houses is families with school-age children. The condominiums are intended to provide a mix of target groups.
In the first phase, we sell and rent our flats exclusively to our newsletter subscribers.
